Will be selling away lunch banquet at Orchard Hotel due to change of wedding plans.

Banquet
1) Reserved for lunch on 26th October 2019, Saturday. ( can be rescheduled, subject to availability - by 30 Dec 2019)
2) Will be at Orchard ballroom 1 and 2, with high ceiling and pillarless ballroom.
3) Minimum 35 tables.
4) Use of function room from 11am to 12noon for solemnization or tea ceremony.
5) Wedding lunch will commence from 12noon to 4pm.
6) Free flow of Beer for 4hrs.
7) Free flow of chinese tea, mixers and soft drinks for 4hrs.
8) Complimentary 1 bottle of wine per table.
Hotel Stay
1) 2 nights stay at bridal suite with breakfast.
2) Complimentary 1 night stay in deluxe room with breakfast for 2.
3) Additional 1 night deluxe stay with breakfast for 2. ( In total, 1 bridal suite with 2 nights stay and 2 deluxe rooms with 1 night stay each- all breakfast included)
4) Special rates for any additional room bookings.
Theme Decoration
1) Various choices of wedding themes with fresh flowers and centerpieces to choose from.
2) Table dressing for reception tables.
3) Exquisite champagne fountain and a complimentary bottle of champagne for toasting ceremony
4) Specially designed wedding cake for cake cutting ceremony
5) Smoke effect at entrance for grand bridal march in
Rates
1) 8 Course lunch at $1138++ per table with additional rebate of $68++ for each table. (Only $1070++ after rebate)
2) Had paid a total of $5000 deposit. (Negotiable)

- They introduced new themes and new facilities (AV system, tiffany chairs, table dressing, display photo album using marble table and new chandeliers)
- Rates was confirmed before renovation plans and have the privileged to use the new ballrooms with the old (lower) rates.*
- Friendly and flexible hotel coordinator.
